This week we tried to eat all vegetarian. We almost did it, but on Friday we went with some fish. Flounder was on sale at Whole Foods and they said it was locally caught (I think Flounder is a New England fish.) so we thought we'd try it. It was delicious. Here is the recipe. More posting later...
